Don't change the PCT Gazette

A recent PCT Gazette entry is a good illustration of why the PCT
Gazette format should not change. The entry, WO97/39102, is for a PCT
application where the applicant is the Genetics Institute:

TITLE: Secreted proteins
ABSTRACT: Novel proteins are disclosed.

Admittedly, this brevity is rare, but could be encouraged if WIPO goes
ahead and forces people to rely on some format where the title, abstract
and illustration don't all appear next to each other (in the this case,
the accompanying diagram shows a plasmid with specific gene sequences
labelled, so at least you have a clue what is going on).
