David Kovanen's announcement about the 1945-1975 fulltext reconstruction by
Corporate Intelligence is a LONG AWAITED announcement. Kudos to CI for
undertaking this massive project. I look forward to testing the backfile
in November! Your footnotes raised a few concerns however, such as a way
to know which patents were so deteriorated that they could not be
reconstructed. Did CI track & compile a list of known missing documents
