1. Does it [file 348] include EP-B [fulltext] documents that were filed via PCT?

==> From Peter Paris: "B documents are issued for all granted EP patents (PCT
and EP direct). In our own services (CD-ROM ESPACE) we just give a hint that the
PCT publication is deemed to be the EP publication."

2. Does it [file 348] include EP-A or EP-B [fulltext] documents that were filed
via PCT but in a language other than English, French or German that should have
been published by the EPO?
