Application number formats in Dialindex

Further to the messages from Kazimierz concerning expanding the
index in Dialindex for application numbers, I have investigated
further and have been able to successfully expand on both Dialog
and Derwent formats in 411, in a OneSearch environment and
directly in Derwent World Patents index.

Results are reproduced below (edited for brevity):
