A Distributor - China

Job description

Your job scope will include selling and marketing the full range of our service as well as providing customer service in the territory:

• Build and manage a knowledgeable sales team
• Build and manage a knowledgeable customer service team

You will be responsible for a portfolio of predominantly large companies and carry on the following tasks:
• Assess customers' needs and make sales proposals based on those needs
• Train users on our services
• Expand usage of our offering to other departments or subsidiaries within client companies
• Present the offering to prospects in tradeshows and users meetings
• Draw up marketing plans
• Report all actions on a monthly basis
• Plan actions based on usage statistics

Customer service will respond to any customer request and conduct training sessions when needed.

 

Requirements

• Management experience
• General knowledge of the information industry (Intellectual Property is a plus)
• Perfect knowledge of our offer
• Selling and negotiation skills

Account Executive - England and Northern Europe

Job description

Your scope of responsibilities includes increasing the usage of the services developed and distributed by Questel in England and Northern Europe (Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark). You will be based in London or Paris and will travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Your client portfolio will consist of mainly large companies.  Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing customer needs and propose solutions to meet those needs
• Training searchers how to use our services
• Expanding service subscription to other parts of client organizations

You will conduct frequent presentions on the offer to prospects in tradeshows and users meetings.

 

Requirements

• General knowledge of the information industry (Intellectual Property is a plus)
• Thorough knowledge of our offer
• Selling and negotiation skills (Some computer/software/hardware sales background is a plus)
• Training skills

 

 

 

 

Account Executive - Germany

Job description

Your scope of responsibilities includes increasing the usage of the services developed and distributed by Questel in Germany.  You will be based in Germany (preference for Munich) and will travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Your client portfolio will consist of mainly large companies, for whom you will perform the following tasks:
• Assess customer needs and propose solutions to meet those needs
• Train the searchers how to use our services
• You will expand service subscription to other parts of client organizations

You conduct frequent presentations on the offer to prospects in tradeshows and users meetings.
