Craig Bailey has been with Questel-Edital for over 7 years and has been involved in various stages of product development, particularly with regards to implementing client feed-back. Recently, he spends much of his time conducting seminars in the new-member states of the E.U. on the value of trademark searching and watching. |

Roland Gissler is the head of Sales & Support Patents of Questel for Europe outside of France and has been with Questel for 4 years. Before coming to Questel he had a background as Consultant and Sales Manager for patent attorney offices and industrial patent divisions focusing on patent information systems, internal workflow and patent watching. |
