drug patent extension data conflicts

For a certain drug, Drug Patents International (9/18/97)(DPIN on Orbit)
and the FDA/CDER Approved Drug Products "Orange Book" (1997)
and FOI's Drugs Under Patent (1997)
show no patent term extension (issue date +17 exceeds application date
+20, so GATT doesn't affect).

But IFIRXA shows an extension on the patent of over 500 days, announced
in an early 1995 Official Gazette, while Scrip (PHIN on STN) mentions
that the assignee is seeking the same period of time.
(one must calculate expiry date from this data)

PROMT on STN also mentions the later expiration year.

Have others noted discrepancies among sources for term extension data?
Which is authoritative or most reliable?
