Due to changes made by the US Patent Office in assignment records
provided to IFI, some records having "REASSIGNED" indicators in
the CLAIMS US Patents database do not have corresponding
reassignment data in the CLAIMS Reassignment file. These patents
have not been reassigned, and the extraneous "REASSIGNED"
indicators will be removed from the main CLAIMS file with the
next reload.
