CA PCT transfers

Point of information, folks. My experience has been that there are lots of
CA PCT transfers in WPI......but NOT ALL OF THEM. That is the kicker; you
never know what might be in existence, and what might not. We users are
certainly ALL in agreement that the providers of patent family information
(Derwent and EPIDOS) should be providing complete and reliable information
on Canada, which is an important country.
