List server quality of service

Dear all
As information professionals, we often raise complaints (in the friendliest
of manners !) with our suppliers about the quality of information products.
In the same spirit, can I ask the list server managers to PLEASE try and
figure out what is going on ?
Over the last few days my message receipt has been haphazard to say the
least - receiving duplicated postings days apart, or answers without the
original question. This makes it extremely frustrating to follow a
discussion thread.
I know that I'm not the only one to see this problem, but what I don't know
is whether it lies somewhere in the bowels of Zeneca mail delivery or at the
Derwent end. Could the appropriate majordomo please let me know what is
going on and what can be done to resolve it ?
