Messages going astray ?

Dear all
Is anyone else experiencing loss of messages from this list ? I have
noticed of late on several occasions that I have either seen the same
message posted twice with date/time stamps of a few minutes apart, or
(worse) seen a reply to a message without ever seeing the original message
at all.
Who is the responsible person at Derwent to communicate this to ?
