Shortly after sending off my previous missive on Derwent's KWIC charges on
Dialog - I got a call from Knight Ridder saying there aren't really
supposed to be KWIC charges after all. "Someone was playing with the
tables or something...." Very quick response on Dialog's part. And
though I have spent nearly an hour investigating, publicising and resolving
this, I am relieved there are no KWIC charges in files 350, 351 on Dialog.
