QPAT-US has the cited patents in the specification hypertexted to
the cited patent. They also have the cited patents list in the bibliography
hypertexted as well.
Also, a canned search can be performed to find the cited patents and create
a hit list that can be scanned. Obviously this database will have US
patents only.
