I believe the EPAT file on Questel has this info. I recommend
contacting Mike O'Hara (tel. 202-543-5120) for questions on EPAT.
Mike is the U.S. representative for INPI, which produces EPAT. It is
also possible this kind of data in the PATOSEP file on STN, but I'm
not sure. I also think this data is available directly from the EPO
on their EPO register, but I just saw another message this morning
