patent protection in Argentina

I am sending this em as a request. If anyone knows of or has
information regarding the pharmaceutical industry and troubles they are
having with patent protection in Argentina, I would be most grateful.
As I understand this country has very lax law regarding IPR protection
for pharmaceutical products. I am trying to figure the costs to the
industry and the country of such lax laws.
