The decisions of the Technical and Legal Boards of Appeal and the Enlarged
Board of Appeal are available after publication in the JUREP file mounted on
Questel.
If you have a specific European application which you are monitoring, the
latest source is the EPO Register file, mounted in The Hague. This includes
information to the effect that certain proceedings are concluded - and a fax
number to obtain transcripts - before publication in the EP Official Journal
