Dear Bill,

ESPACE-LEGAL is a CD ROM published by the EPO which puts out the
decisions of the Boards of Appeal both published and unpublished. This is
the only electronic source that we have yet found. The address for this
information is www.epo.co.at/epo/epidos/espleg.htm Hope this helps.
