Re: Country Codes

Boy, this request is getting tedious. Annex K of Volume I of the PCT
Applicant's Guide has the country names and two letter codes for both
PCT and non-PCT countries, and corresponds to the list in the WIPO
handbook. The PCT annex also indicates whether or not each country
is a member of the PCT, Paris Convention, Madrid Agreement and Hague
Agreement.

With all this interest, tomorrow I will plug my International Patent Office
guide ($50), machine readable information with 40 patent related fields for
each country. It includes both the WIPO codes, and the USPTO country codes,
which overlap greatly, but there differences (in fact, if anyone from the
USPTO is reading this, tell someone that the patents for the former East
Germany do not get selected when you type in the country code for the new
Germany).
