I have a collection of 9000 patents. They include US, EP, WO, CA, BR, JP etc.

1921-present. They are currently kept in paper files. I would like to conve

patents from a paper system to an image system.
I have spoken to Derwent and Micropatent regarding their CD Roms and
and custom services. I am currently investigating scanning services.
We need to start with a good quality low end system.
Would anyone who has or is in the process of setting up an imaging
system for their patents be willing to share their experience?
