possible error in Patent Citation Index

Recently I tried several times to post this message, which apparently
never got through. As it seems that the listserv is now working properly,
so I am trying it again.

When searching Derwent Patent Citation Index (Dialog file 342) I
came accross an apparent error (a citing US patent having patent
number *lower* than the patent it allegedly cites). I checked the
citing patent (US 5,381,446) and there is no way it can have
anything to do with the cited patent (US 5,385,835). How to make
Derwent aware of this apparent error and, if possible, get the correct
citing patent number (if any)?
