Forbidden Words for the PIUG list titles

Hi,
Some messages have been getting lost from the PIUG list lately. I suspect
the problem has to do with the fact that Derwent's server attempts to screen
out "junk" messages, such as "I'm on vacation" notices and "test message".

A few of the key phrases to avoid in titles for PIUG messages are as follows:

Please Ignore (the SYSTEM will ignore the message and never post it to the
list)
Test
AutoReply
Waiting Mail
Delivery Error
User Unknown

I will get an up-to-date listing of the "FORBIDDEN" words/phrases and post
them to the list ASAP. I suspect some of the messages that have failed to
reach the list lately included some of these "FORBIDDEN" (ie rejected)
words/phrases.

If too many messages are being rejected, we can request that some of the
forbidden words be remove from the reject list. Of course this would mean
that we would then get more "junk" messages.
Sandra
