Infringement of patent rights by third parties is now one of the
items that are currently being investigated in my organization, i.e.
The Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO).
The very focus is on how to effectively administer infringements.
I intend to make a list of all techniques and procedures applied by
different organizations or companies, a list that I - after
completion - will gladly share with all the members of this list.
I assume that a lot of knowledge on infringement procedures is among
all of you. I would be very obliged to receive all tips relating to
infringement monitoring, major and minor ones, so that I can realize
the list and publish it. With the ever growing number of patents that
are granted infringement will become a major item to any organization
in the field.
