US patent records in IFI's CLAIMS patent databases contain many equivalent
foreign patent numbers for chemical patents issued between 1950 and 1979.
These numbers are available for patents from five European countries:
Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain and the Netherlands. If you have a
German patent number you can search it in the CLAIMS database to see if
there
is a corresponding US equivalent.
