Hello
Does anyone know if the U.S. Patent Office has any plans to publish
the Official Gazette electronically? Producing and mailing the print
version seems to be problematic. I just received 3 weeks worth of
gazettes today!
It would be wonderful if different sections were available,
such as the Chemical section which could be emailed each
week in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
I have used the Micropatent Patent web in the past searching
by date and class codes, but this is tedious and when someone
asked me if I could guarantee that I was finding "the same" patents
that normally appear in the Chemistry section, I could not guarantee that.
Is anyone aware of someone at USPTO I could contact about this?
Is anyone aware of such a product or plans for such a product?
Is anyone else interested in subscribing to an electronic
U.S. Patent Gazette if it existed?
