Anybody gotten on to QPAT 2? - QPAT Response -Reply

QPAT-US (version 1) subscribers can use their current ids
and passwords to access version 2.

If for any reason you cannot get in, please contact
Questel-Orbit Customer Support at (800) 456-7248, and we
will verify that your current id is activated for version 2.

The QPAT version 2 server is currently running and you
should not receive a server error message.

Has anyone been successful in getting onto QPat 2?

I tried signing in more than a week ago and got a
"Server Error". Sent an email but no response.
Same "Server Error" today.
