patent copies on CDROM

Hello
can anybody help with the following information:
a) where can I buy copies of patents/applications (UK,DE,EP,WO,US) on
CD-ROM - I hate stacks of paper, especially if I sometimes only need some
pages of these patents,
b) how much is such a service and
c) what format do these files have ?
Optimat apparently only delivers US patents to US destinations.
