In addition to accessing the full patent document (including any
certificates of correction that have issued) on the USPTO's Web site, patent
document copies may be ordered via the USPTO Web site. A variety of delivery
methods, including fax, may be offered, depending on document availability.

button that appears in the button column to the left of the page to get to
the document ordering page.
