On the front page of a U.S. Patent, in the "References Cited" section, under
the
heading "OTHER PUBLICATIONS", two "Research Disclosures" are cited. The
format
for the citations is "Research Disclosure" followed by a five-digit number,
followed by a month and year.

What is a Research Disclosure and how do I get a copy of a specific one?
