I would second Andy Berks' comment that patent information is no longer
appearing in NTIS. I too have been monitoring government
patents/applications avaiable for licensing, and after well over a year
with no new information in NTIS, dropped the database from my profile.
This type of information appears regularly in the Federal Register.
