Derwent publishes a book "patent extentisons" related in this field.
And also FDA is publishing a book named "Approved drug products with
therapeutic equivalence evalauation" every year. It contains patent and
exclusivity informations of drug which is selling in US.
It is searchable on FDA web site- www.fda.gov
