I am writing a dissertation on animal (and living organism) patenting.
I would appreciate any reference to new articles or cases. But, I am
looking for one detail, I
would be thankful for, if someone could help me with. How was the
Supreme Court divided in the Diamond v. Chakrabarty case (447 U.S. 303)?
Chief Justice Burger delivered the opinion of the Court and Justice
Brennan dissent with other Justices dissenting as well but there is no
mention as to the Justices who concurred.
