I apologize if this is incorrect, but it appears that you may be searching
for laid open publication 09-263553 rather than patent 09-262553. If so,
the full text of 09-263553 can be found on the Japanese pages of the JPO
website <http://www.jpo-mito.go.jp>, with the English abstract also being
available on the English pages of that site. This application issued as JP
2933014 on 28 May 1999, but is still identified by its laid open number
because it has yet to be registered.
The above patent was filed claiming priority of application 08-9085 filed on
23 January 1997. As that application was withdrawn before publication, I
believe you would have to order a copy of the early file history of the
above patent to obtain a copy of the priority application.
