The most complete free internet database for EP and PCT retrieval is
EPODOC which may be searched within the Esp@ceNet domain:
http://dips-2.dips.org/dips/ep/en/dips-epd.htm
In order to restrict your search on EP or PCT documents type "ep or wo"
into the publication number field.

Commercial hosts are offering files which exclusively cover EP or PCT
publications. For instance, try PATOSEP and PATOSWO on STN.

For Prior Art Searching, usage of files with indexed records would be a
better choice. Try World Patents Index or in the chemical field Chemical
Abstracts. Results in both databases may easily be restricted on EP and
PCT documents.
