Stu Kaback (and CAS) posted some interesting information recently on the CA
Patent Indexes. I am trying to find out if there are country equivalents for
some non-US patents from the 1930s-1940s. From Stu's message, I know that the
Patent Concordance was first introduced in 1963, but what about before this?
Could someone remind me of the patent law concerning equivalents? When did
they come into existence? Is there a way to find out if there are
"equivalents" from patents this old?
