MicroPatent During Work Hours

We've had a problem, for a few months actually, that downloading patents from the MicroPatent PatentWeb is excessively slow. In fact, it has recently ground to a virtual halt at Wyeth Ayerst.

I have no good way of knowing if the problem is with the Wyeth Ayerst network, or on the public internet, or at the MicroPatent web server (http://www.micropat.com).

My question: is there anyone out there who enjoys fast downloads during regular working hours? I'm specifically referring to 9 to 5 pm US Eastern time (GMT -5). If there are people who get fast downloads during these work hours, then I can conclude that the problem is inside the Wyeth Ayerst network.
