I'm e-mailing you to request for your co-operation. I'm Jung Hee, Cho a
representative of KIPRIC (Korea Industrial Property Rights Information
Center) which is a special organization linking up KIPO (Korea
Industrial Property Office) in Korea. KIPRIC provides patent information
on the internet.
Currently, in Korea, the value of use of patent information is hardly
recognized. Even KIPRIC has made every effort to increase the
recognition of this, it is not good enough.
Regarding this, KIPRIC feels keenly the necessity of statistic data of
the value of use of patent information and it must be helpful to
increase recognition of patent information
Especially, for example, according to WIPO reports, the article was
released that it was possible to shorten the length of R&D to 60% and
reduce the cost of R&D to 40%....... KIPRIC needs the source report of
this article, when, and where it was from ect.
I'm looking forward to hearing your response as soon as possible. And I
really appreciate you for paying attention in this letter.
