I'm afraid this isn't a helpful solution for a full training session, but
for doing a few searches I find that it's more convenient (and possibly not
more expensive) to dial up the computer in the Hague directly.

Hi,
We are having trouble setting up the connection from the
Dialog training
facility to the EPO Register database for the hands on
training at the PIUG
meeting next week. I have to admit that I have not
personally used the EPO
Register database since 1997. I did not set up the original
SprintNet
account and I am swamped with other meeting details.
Could anyone help guide Holly Chong-Williams to set up the
SprintNet
account to connect to the EPO Register database in the
Netherlands? Please
contact Holly Chong-Williams at the Dialog training facility
in Arlington,
VA (near crystal city). Dialog has generously offered this
training
facility for the hands-on training.
If you can offer guidance as to who to call or how to set up
these
SprintNet accounts that would be a great service. We can
distribute
instructions on this setup procedure at the PIUG meeting, so
that others
will be able to connect to and benefit from the EPO Register
database.
