Hello,
Apparently a real virus/worm is spreading via email. Do not click on an icon
called Happy99.exe. When an infected computer sends an email message, the
worm
sends a second message with the same title to the same address and includes
the
Happy99.exe icon. If the recipient clicks the Happy99-icon, a window opens
and
displays a pretty fireworks display. Behind the scenes, the recipient's
computer is being infected.

This page has a detailed description of what the virus/worm does and how to
remove it (mostly, replace the viral wsock32.dll with the renamed original
wsock32.ska.

This is a ZDnet article that gives a less technical description of the worm.
