esp@cenet has some problems with older browsers (the blinking is one =
part of
this). Also when Adobe Acrobat is installed as a helper application =
this may
cause some problems. For the level 1 servers this can be solved, when =
the
extension .img is mapped to the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
When the Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed as a plugin such problems do =
not
arise.
For the time being esp@cenet should not invoke problems with firewalls.
However, Javascript must be enabled.

Each national office provides a helpdesk (e.g. ours can be reached via
pat.info@ipi.ch).
Also the national offices provide help files in many cases:
http://www.espacenet.ch/dips/ch/en/help/help_con.htm
and FAQ (only German for the time being:
http://www.espacenet.ch/dips/ch/start/faq.htm)

The EPO and the national offices are interested in comments about
esp@cenet.
