Coincidences happen: I just finished my latest "Better Mousetrap" column
comparing the new IBM and USPTO full-text sites (but not QPAT-US) and
talking about why I, as a search intermediary, still pay online prices even
when I'm searching free-text. I will ask permission to put the article on
PIUG only if a certain party (you know who you are) promises not to comment
on it on the PIUG listserv. In the meantime, send me an e-mail if you want
a copy now. (That issue of "Searcher" will come out in a few months.)
