AW: IBM website subscription

This question, raised by Mr Reynolds, is a very interesting and =
important
one. From the view of a national patent office there are two other
intresting subjects:
* is there a further need for CD-ROM products or shall we concentrate
our efforts on internet based information products?
* the IBM Intellectual Property Network is a very good offer by a
private company. How shall national patent offices react? Shall they =
have
their own search sites (e.g. http://www.espacenet.ch)? Is there a risk =
for
the consumer of patent information that IBM could stop its initiative =
or
change its fee structure?

It would be very of interest for me to have your reaction on this =
problem
which is a very important one for us.

Best regards,
