The web site of the European Patent Office offers several INPADOC manuals
for download. The manual INP/MA/002 (PDF, 667 KB) is an alphabetical
listing of all countries and document kinds which are covered by INPADOC.
It can be accessed under

By historical reasons the document codes used for the same kind of document
may differ from database to database
(e.g. a laid-open application in Canada (new law) is called CA-A in Derwent
WPI, but CA-AA in INPADOC and Chemical Abstracts).
As explained already by others, SK-B6 (INPADOC) means a Slovakian granted
patent.

I found this number in inpadoc,
but there was no answer in help materials.
