It seems to me that this is a Slovakian patent. According to the WIPO =
Survey
of Numbering Systems Used, or Intended to be Used, by Industrial =
Property
Offices with regard to Applications, Published Documents and Registered
Rights =
(http://www.wipo.int/eng/general/pcipi/standard/pdf/ie070501.pdf)
Slovakian patents have this form and SK is the ISO and ST.3 country =
code for
Slovakia.

It is not mentioned in the survey what the suffix B6 means.

Perhaps, the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic
(http://www.indprop.gov.sk/english/a_uvod.html) can give you more
information. Their e-mail is upv@indprop.gov.sk.
