SDIs on Dialog

There seems to be some problem in the WPI (file 351) week 1 on Dialog for
the term UB=9999. There is only one hit for UB=9999. Since I use this term
in my SDIs for limiting the patents to basic (i.e. new), there is absolutely
no chance of getting any output for the recent update. If you are worried
about loosing the update, please use UD=9901**. I have brought this
discrepancy to the attention of Drwent helpdesk.

** Sorry, I meant to say UB=9901.
