RE: [PIUG List] Searching Thailand Patents (explanation & Plan B)

Hi Matt,

For unknown reasons, TIPIC tends to be frequently down - at least
since 2005 till now - perhaps, overloaded.

At this moment, Thai results from SurfIP is 100% dependent on the
availability of TIPIC.

May want to consider Plan B, ie. INPADOC database via Delphion, WIPS,
etc. until we are lucky enough to catch TIPIC live.
