This is an intriguing twist on the issue. The earlier posting by Ken
Gemmill (24 Feb 2005) was headlined "LexisNexis joins forces with
Univentio" and appeared much more as a joint venture announcement, or
just to say that LN was licensing Univentio data. This later posting
looks like a straight takeover. Which is true? - I agree with Roy that
if this is a takeover, we should perhaps be more concerned.
