I have a question in relation to the Baltic States (namely
Estonia/Latvia/Lithuiania).

Does anybody have any information on whether

(a) Estonia allowed for re-registration of USSR patents?
(b) Latvia allowed for re-registration of USSR patents?
(c) Lithuiania allowed for re-registration of USSR patents?

If so, were there any restrictions?

Can any of these Baltic States be searched online?
