I cannot tell from your email message which of the USPTO databases you
were using. See the TARR database at
http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=76437042 which
says "Serial number was assigned in error. Please do not use this number
to identify any application. You will receive a "Notice of Incomplete
Trademark Application" explaining why the serial number was held
"misassigned."

It says the same thing for 43, 44, 45, and 46.
