Subject: Reissued Design Patents
I know that provision is made for reissuing US design patents as
discussed in chapter 1509 of the MPEP, "Reissue of a Design Patent". I
understand that they issue with the document code of "RD". Yet I have
been unable to tease one out of the USPTO database. Can anyone tell me
how to search for reissued design patents? It doesn't have to be any
particular one as I'm just using it for illustrative purposes.
