RE: full CN patent ?

FileShopper can provide CN patents, even when you are unable to get them
from esp_at_cenet <mailto:esp_at_cenet> or the SIPO website. One of our
document providers is located in China and is able to consistently
provide Chinese patent documents within a day or two.
 
Another option is signing up for an account with www.WIPSGLOBAL.com
<http://www.WIPSGLOBAL.com> . WIPS provides a searchable patent
database which includes Chinese, Korean, Japanese, US, EP, WO and other
sources all in an easy to use web based format. This service allows you
to download patent copies as well as perform searches against the
abstracts for all of these countries. The service is $200 a month or
$2000 for an entire year.

Can anybody please tell me how to retrieve a full CN patent document?
I already got the abstract from esp_at_cenet <mailto:esp_at_cenet> and CIPO
just gives the same abstract without any drawing. I also tried DEPATIS.
